Instructions:

Have your parent or guardian sign the permission form you downloaded from the Teens website page.
Upload it and as many images/videos/audio files as you'd like. Accepted file formats are: .jpg .tiff .pdf .wav .mp3 .mp4 .doc .docx .m4a
Describe your items. Remember to hit submit after you upload your items in the box. The description screen will appear for each item.
Submit. A librarian will be notified of your upload.
